Abraço meus amigos, pois esta aventura chegou ao fim.

Não deixo o jogo, mas já não tenho a capacidade, o tempo, a dedicação e a paciência para levar esta nau a bom porto.

Foi uma grande experiência e espero ter feito algo pelo “jogo”.

Vemo-nos numa qualquer mesa, num qualquer torneio.

Mega Torneio Coimbra - Visão Pessoal

Bem e lá foi novamente a malta do Porto pelos caminhos de Portugal, indo desta vez para Coimbra como se não tivéssemos mais nada que fazer ao dinheiro, e convencidos que uma vez lá os prémios pudessem mudar, quão enganados estávamos.

Bem chegamos nós a Coimbra, damos de caras com 2/3 jogadores em frente á porta da loja, estando esta ainda fechada, isto por volta das 14.15h. Cerca das 14.35h chega o gerente da loja, abre a loja, e nós, malta do Porto, tentamos ver se dava pra mudar os prémios, conclusão não dava.

Entre nós combinamos ver se podíamos participar na mesma no torneio, mas em vez de pagarmos 10€ por um booster e uma Royal Decree HL (que sinceramente nem boosters de jeito tinham, meia dúzia de TAEV, nem FOTB, montes de AST em ES , e pouco mais), recebíamos antes uma box selada de TAEV a dividir o preço total por todos(diga-se de passagem que preferia pagar 12€ por 3 boosters do que 10 por aquilo), mas mais uma vez estávamos enganados, a loja não tinha sequer algum display completo(o que mais se assemelhava a um display era os cerca de 30 boosters de AST-ES!).

Enfim após alguns minutos frustrantes entre decidir se íamos jogar, se íamos para o cinema (sim porque a vontade de jogar em Coimbra era tanta que surgiu esta ultima opção), ou se voltávamos para o Porto e comprávamos algures um display para fazer o dito torneio. Mas como já estávamos em Coimbra, já tínhamos gasto € para lá mais valeu a pena ficarmos a jogar. Alguns assim com um pouco de raiva pelos prémios mas pronto não conseguimos fazer nada.

Inicio do torneio decorreu normalmente com confusão (como é normal quando estão 37 pessoas), muita procura das mesas e dos oponentes até que me deparo com o seguinte, não haviam cadeiras para todos, nem tão pouco quase espaço para as 37 pessoas. Como é que isto foi solucionado? Da melhor maneira claro! Os últimos lugares da tabela, ficavam em pé à espera até terem uma mesa disponível. Claro que isto teve de ser assim, porque não havia outra maneira. Até que me dei conta de outra coisa, havia gente que ia ter que jogar fora da loja (quando estava prestes a chover, e estava também um vento assim pro forte). Eis que começa a dita água a cair, e era quem mais chegava as mesas para trás a ver se não apanhavam com ela em cima.

Durante o torneio muito barulho por parte dos jogadores mais novos pareciam histéricos, não faço ideia porquê, e ainda estou para perceber porque é que vi um jogador a chorar desesperadamente durante o torneio.

Overall do torneio:
Simplesmente péssimo.
Má organização, pouco espaço etc.
Prémios terríveis.
Até mesmo a jogar no andar de cima da "Pizaria Celeste" no CC Parque Nascente, correu melhor o torneio.

Conclusão final:
Nunca mais ir a Coimbra participar em Torneios que não sejam organizados pela Diver, anunciados a tempo e horas, com detalhes precisos sobre aquilo que vai acontecer, o que não vai e o que pode vir a acontecer.
Próximas visitas a Coimbra: Pharaoh Tour(talvez) e Nacional 2008(com certeza)

P.S- Isto é apenas a minha visão geral do "Mega Torneio" em si, quem quiser pode e deve (já que todos devem exercer do direito de escrever e falar livremente) criticar positiva ou negativamente aquilo que eu aqui escrevi, sendo que insultos não os aceitarei como criticas.

Mega Torneio - Porto

Decorreu no passado sábado o último Mega Torneio a contar para a Liga de Verão, organizada pela Diver, no Porto.

Com 28 participantes, incluindo pessoal de Braga, e também de Coimbra (que realmente me surpreendeu, não estava à espera que viesse alguém de lá).

Pena foi o espaço que era um pouco (pra não dizer muito) apertado, entre alguns jogadores a terem de ir para a Game Stage jogar e terem de esperar pra ter uma mesa livre, enfim, nada como uma loja própria.

Muita emoção a abrir os prémios de participação entre Crystal Seers, Secret Rares (não faço ideia de quais), entre outros.

HL04-EN004 - Graceful Charity

Neste post tinha referido a estranheza que era não se saber de duas cartas dadas na Hobby League, uma vez que antes da HL004-EN006 Torrential Tribute, só se conhecia a HL004-EN003 Asura Priest.

Pois bem, neste fim de semana vejam o que foi dado aos árbitros dos Sneaks Preview...

Será que isto significa alguma coisa...?

Novidades

Algumas notícias que nada nos trazem de novo, mas que nos deixam ficar água na boca…

Os participantes dos Regionais nos States vão começar a receber um novo Playmat, desta vez inspirado no Rainbow Dragon.

Já os árbitros dos torneios Shonen Jump passarão também a receber um Playmat especial.

Entretanto, no próximo torneio Shonen Jump (18/19 de Agosto) irá ser distribuída a nova carta promocional, que segundo a UDE “is the most exciting SJC Prize Card ever created”.

Veremos, mas entretanto fica aberto o caminho para que a anterior carta promocional Crush Card Vírus possa ser lançada de modo a que todos os jogadores a possam obter de um modo normal.

Sneak Preview Tactical Evolution - Porto

Mais um Sneak Preview com grande participação, 45 pagantes, mas apenas 36 participantes.
Ainda assim, tendo em conta que havia muitas caras novas, pergunto-me porque é que este pessoal não aparece para os torneios regulares.

Desta vez o Sneak realizou-se junto à loja GameStage do Parque Nascente e quem foi ao Nacional deste ano já sabe como são os torneios dentro de shoppings…

Quanto à expansão em si, a mesma afigura-se mediana, e ainda está para verificar o impacto que os monstros Gemini poderão ter, se é que vão ter algum.

Os jogadores veteranos esses andavam atrás da Crystal Seer!

O grande momento do torneio veio no entanto já quase no seu fim, quando um dos participantes recebe um booster que trazia o novo e já famoso Ghost Rare Raimbow Dragon!!!

Sneak Preview - Tactical Evolution

Para os mais interessados, aqui ficam as regras para a nova expansão Tactical Evolution, a ler principalmente para quem quer tirar dúvidas sobre os novos monstros Gemini.

Entretanto, ao que parece, uma das cartas mais desejadas de todo o set, o Crystal Seer, que saiu em comum no Japão, a UDE lembrou-se de a colocar como Ultra Rara...

Aliás, o set é uma enorme confusão de raridades, com 48 comuns, 18 Raras, 9 Super Raras, 5 Ultra Raras, 1 Holographic Rara, 10 Secretas Raras e ainda 14 Ultimate Rares.
